Do you renovate homes for clients?
We currently only renovate homes we own ourselves. Our work is finding houses we love, bringing them back to themselves, and selling them to the next family. We’re a small two-person operation, and we can only put real care into a project when we’re the ones living and breathing it from the first walkthrough to the final handoff.
Are you available for subcontracting work?
Yes. While we don’t take on full client renovations, we do offer construction services to other contractors who could use skilled hands on a project. If you’re a contractor in the Tucson area, reach out — we’d love to talk.
Can I experience one of your homes before buying?
Yes, below is a list of our properties that are available to book on Airbnb. It’s the best way to experience our work the way it’s meant to be experienced: not as a thirty-minute walkthrough, but as a few days of actually living in the space. You’ll get a feel for our materials, our layouts, and the thought we put into making houses comfortable to live in.
Do you renovate homes outside of Tucson Arizona?
Not currently. Casa Garcia Morse exclusively focuses on renovating and reimagining our own homes within Tucson and the surrounding areas. We are currently not available for client renovation projects or renovation-for-hire services. Each home is thoughtfully restored by our team and listed for sale once complete.
